I am wishing to contact the council, but have been unable to find the correct individual to address my letter to. Therefore, can you please provide me the name and contact details of the Licensing Manager that is responsible for Animal / Dog licensing. I understand that I am entitled to have a reply within 20 working days of your receipt of my request. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated
