a) How many people and or properties currently NOT PAYING COUNCIL TAX - their own fault b) How many persons are totally exempt for reasons that are exempted whatever they may be c) How many persons have had their ARREARS REMOVED from the accounts held by MTCBC ( I know of at least three myself)
