From the ‘Houses to Homes’ scheme, how much of the grant has been used per year for the years 15/16, 16/17, 17/18? 6. How many new loans were made from the ‘Houses to Homes’ scheme per year for the years 15/16, 16/17, 17/18? 7. How many high street commercial properties are classed as “persistently vacant” i.e empty for longer than 3 years as of 31st March 2018? 8. Are you aware of any examples of good practice in this area that your authority, or any others, undertakes and if so, could you please share some examples?

There are 11 properties within the High Street area that had been vacant 3 years or more as at 31st March 2018. This information was extracted on 20th February 2019 and only includes those properties that continue to be vacant. It is not possible to report those that have subsequently become occupied since 31st March 2018. 8. We would like to request some clarification on this. What examples are you asking for?
