Yes • Arrival Time, date, Name, Company, Organiser/Room Number, Badge Issued, Departure Time, Badge Returned, car registration (in unit 5) • Paper • 6 month period • Yes • Printing costs – unable to provide a figure as this is not recorded. 2. • Staff can sign in via our electronic clock in machines if they have a card. If not they sign in as per our standard visitor procedure.
