The draft enhancement and enrichment programme 4. The draft socialisation programme 5. Any license conditions stipulated by the licensing authority 6. The number of breeding bitches kept at the premises, their breeds and age 7. How many puppies are expected during the license period 8. How many stud dogs at the premises and of what breed(s) 9. How many other dogs on the premises, and their purpose 10. How many puppies were kept at the establishment for the purpose of future breeding stock and of which breeds 11. How many breeding bitches and stud dogs were disposed of during the license term, and by what method 12. Mortality of puppies born during the license term 13. Name and address of Veterinary practise used 14. Staffing levels 15. What date the license is due for renewal If you could please let me have this information for each establishment for the current license term. In addition: 15 a.
