Please could you provide me with: 1. The total number of establishments holding current licences for the hiring out of horses (including riding schools, horse trekking, pony riding parties, hunts (hunter hirelings), polo or polocrosse instruction, pony and donkey rides) in the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council area as of June 2025 2.
