Please provide a copy of the consultation response by or on behalf of your organisation, or by any department or representative thereof- to the EHRC consultation published 20/5/25: in response to the Supreme Court judgment in the case of For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers. Please also provide any reports or internal correspondence within your organisation relating to the completion or preparation of this consultation response.

A response was submitted directly to the EHRC using the online form therefore copies of responses would be held by the EHRC. The Interim guidance has been included on our Intranet under our Equalities Pages and on our Legislative updates page. All staff have access to this. An interim update on the practical implications of the UK Supreme Court judgment | EHRC. The Interim guidance was discussed with CMT, SLT, and within Managers meetings. No reports have been developed in relation to the completion of the response.
