Cwestiwn

a) Dowlais Primary School b) Gwernllwyn Junior School; and c) Pen Y Dre High School 1. Copies of any asbestos surveys identifying or detailing asbestos use within the buildings, including details of any asbestos surveys carried out in respect of the school; 2. Any and all reports both internally and externally provided in relation to the monitoring of asbestos fibre levels for as long as you have records; 3. Any photographs/plans/drawings of the buildings, in particular any plans depicting those areas in which asbestos was located in the buildings and associated premises; 4. Copies of any notes/minutes/memoranda of meetings in which the asbestos within the building and associated premises was discussed (in particular any policies on asbestos management referring to the asbestos containing materials within the buildings); 5. Any correspondence between the owners and any contractors (in particular any asbestos removal contractors) undertaking work in the buildings; 6. The details of any incidents reporting the presence of asbestos of any members of staff having developed an asbestos related illness who worked at the school and associated areas; 7. Any schedules of construction work carried out at the school and associated areas; 8. Copies of any repair and maintenance reports records involving asbestos within the school; 9. Copies of any logs/records relating to asbestos materials within the school; 10. Copies of any risk assessments relating to asbestos within the school; 11. Copies of any warnings or notices used at the school.

As requested, please find attached the records for Dowlais/Gwernllwyn Primary. (This is the same site) With regards to Pen y Dre the information is unavailable until the project is complete and the O&M’s published. Pen y Dre is currently undergoing a massive refurbish, due to finish October ‘26
