All current policies, procedures, protocols, guidance documents, or training materials held by your organisation relating to the assessment, referral, and investigation of bruising or unexplained marks in non independently mobile infants (pre mobile babies). Specifically, this includes documents detailing: Definitions of what constitutes a non mobile infant. Criteria for distinguishing accidental bruises from non accidental injury. Referral and escalation protocols (e.g., to MASH, Children’s Social Care, paediatric services). Any standard forms used (e.g., C1, Duty to Report). Training or guidance for front line staff on these protocols. If any categories of documents are not held, please state this explicitly.
