Survey: Public Space Protection Order Consultation – Dog Fouling

It is the intention of Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council to put in place a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) to deal with dog fouling in all public spaces in the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough.
