Salary - 95.12% of Grade 5 = £29,067.70 - £31,060.48 per annum .

Job Purpose

You will work directly with families who have two or more children in the same household with attendance concerns to improve attendance, playing a key part in driving early intervention and tailoring support that helps children attend, engage, and thrive in school.

You will identify and address the root causes of poor attendance, offering practical support, advice, and challenge where needed.

Building positive, respectful relationships will be at the heart of your role as you help families overcome barriers and re-engage with education. Working across a number of schools, you will collaborate with staff, safeguarding leads, and external services to ensure a joined up and early help approach that keeps children at the centre.
