= £14,741 - £15,967 per annum
As a Night Care Domestic Worker at Ty Bargoed Newydd, you will join a supportive residential care team committed to helping people feel safe, respected and at home. You will provide person-centred care and practical support, respond to individual needs, assist with personal care and medication where required, complete essential domestic duties, and help maintain a secure and welcoming environment throughout the night.
This varied role offers the opportunity to build positive relationships, promote independence and wellbeing, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for older people including those living with dementia. You will work closely with colleagues, families, carers and other professionals, with access to relevant training, supervision and ongoing professional development, including support to achieve the required care qualification and maintain Social Care Wales registration.
