Rhydycar West Planning Application Update

Today, the Planning, Regulatory and Licensing committee met to discuss the proposed Rhydycar West Development in Merthyr Tydfil.
The recommendation within the report was to refuse the application. At the meeting, members voted against that recommendation and voted in support of the development.
The application will now be referred to Welsh Government Ministers for further consideration.
