Registering for Social Housing
If you are interested in renting a community social housing property, or you are already renting from a community social housing landlord and need to move to a different property, you can apply to join the housing register.
To start the application process, please visit www.livingmerthyrtydfil.org.uk. Applications are completed online, and you will need to complete the full registration and social housing application form.
If you need support to complete your housing application, you can attend the Town Centre Hub in Saint Tydfil’s Shopping Centre. Housing support is available at the Hub on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 10:00am and 3:00pm, and on Friday between 10:00am and 3:00pm. Housing advice is not available at the Hub on Thursdays.
You can also telephone 01685 725000 and ask to speak with the Housing Solutions team for advice about your housing application. For urgent homelessness queries or homelessness prevention advice, please attend the Civic Centre.
