This post is fixed term until March 31st 2023, however; it is currently under review by Welsh Government.

Job Purpose

• To co- ordinate the development of the collaborative group in the region.
• To lead on and develop effective partnership working within the region on the delivery of the Housing Support Grant Programme.
• To develop effective partnership working with other regions on Housing Support Initiatives.
• To lead and maintain ongoing dialogue between the structures of the Housing Support Ministerial Advisory Board, Regional Collaborative Groups and LAs to ensure the smooth running of the new arrangements and collaborative decision making.
• To comply with Welsh Government guidelines and create procedures / protocols/ strategies for the Regional Collaborative Group.
• To support the Regional Collaborative Group so that it functions effectively and is appropriately serviced.
• To lead on collaborative working with other Housing Support Regional co-ordinators across Wales to support the Chair of the Housing Support Network to administer meetings and promote best practice.
