We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person who is passionate about additional learning needs (ALN) and will work to ensure the very best provision for pupils with ALN. You will be a strong leader and strategic thinker with a deep knowledge and understanding of the ALN system within Wales, able to lead and coordinate key statutory processes, drive improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality provision across the local authority. Skilled in collaboration, communication and committed to a person-centred approach you will ensure legal compliance and efficient use of resources, as well as manage a hard-working and experienced ALN team within the Education Directorate to ensure effective service delivery.
