Greenfield School is a special school catering for the diverse needs of pupils ranging in age from 3 – 19. Greenfield School is a successful, vibrant and happy school which offers excellent learning opportunities to all of our children, as well as the professional development of our staff. Greenfield School is a forward thinking school and received a highly positive Estyn inspection report in 2025.
The Governing Body are looking for inspirational, innovative, highly motivated and conscientious teachers to join a hard-working, committed team at our highly successful school. The candidates will need to have expertise and flexibility to take forward teaching and learning for pupils with Additional Learning Needs.
The successful candidates will be:
* An excellent classroom practitioner.
* Have experience in working with pupils Additional Learning Needs.
* Will be able to suitably differentiate to meet the individual needs of all learners.
* Organised and have excellent inter-personal skills.
* Willing to undertake appropriate training and follow the schools PBS and PCP philosophy.
* Accountable for standards of the pupils in their class.
* Creative, dynamic and flexible.
* Committed to raising standards and making learning fun and engaging.
* Able to work as part of a team to achieve the best for each and every pupil.
* Able to use IT effectively to support and enhance teaching and learning.
* Knowledgeable of current educational reforms.
* Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Closing date for the post will be on Thursday 16th April 2026.
Shortlisting will take place on Monday 20th April 2026.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday the 22nd and Thursday the 23rd of April 2026.
