Job: Ymarferydd Toiled y Blynyddoedd Cynnar / Early Years Toileting Practitioner

£29,064 - £31,022 per annum pro rata
= 87.45% of full time which is £25,416 - £27,128 per annum
To lead and deliver a 12 month pilot project aimed at improving toileting independence with an emphasis on children aged 36 to 42 months. The postholder will work in partnership with early years settings, school based nursery staff and families to identify children who are not fully continent and implement practical, consistent strategies to support self sufficient toileting.
The role will contribute to improving access to full time nursery provision.
