22.2 Hours = 60%
= £16,364 - £17,725 per annum
To work as a receptionist under the direction of the Superintendent Registrar to deal with customer contacts that ensures the efficient and effective working of the Registry Service. Main duties to include providing the appropriate advice to customers in a sensitive manner appropriate to the circumstances ensuring accurate information is supplied and recorded, preparing birth, death and Civil Partnership/marriage certificates including processing payments for the Superintendent Registrar’s office and making appointments for the Principal Officers.
