Job: Arweinydd Tîm – Llinell Bywyd (Lifeline) / Team Leader - Lifeline

Speciality:
To manage the Lifeline and Installation Teams and service, through delegated responsibility for operational requirements in their work and ensure that a high level of customer service is provided.
To respond to customer queries from the public on a full range of issues regarding the lifeline service provided by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council and for the service provided to other partner organisations. This includes monitoring team day-to-day performance and customer interactions to ensure the smooth running of the control room.
To be an advocate to the customer on behalf of corporate customers to ensure appropriate outcomes. Meet with representatives from stakeholder groups. For example, being the Council representative for network groups providing Lifeline services to meet the Quality Standards Framework.
Ensure the service meets the requirements set out in the Quality Standards Framework for annual accreditation award.
