Full Application fee
An approving body may charge an applicant an application fee. Subject to regulations 5 to 9, of the Flood and Water Management Act, an application fee is to be determined as follows:

Inspection Fees
Where a SAB grants approval subject to a condition (irrespective of whether or not the approval is subject to any other conditions) it may charge a fee for each inspection.
Inspection regimes will be conditioned as part of the Full SAB application and will be agreed with the applicant prior to any construction work taking place.
