The Council has prepared a Delivery Agreement, which sets out the resources, timescales, methods of engagement and processes involved in preparing the Second Replacement Local Development Plan. The Delivery Agreement was approved by Full Council on the 15th July 2026 and agreed by the Welsh Government on the 21st July 2026, officially starting the plan-making process.
