Speciality:
The role of the Deputy Manager is to support and work alongside the Registered Manager in efficiently co-managing Children’s Residential Services.
You will support the Registered Manager in the delivery of high-quality service provision, incorporating care and support, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people, promoting the ethos as a Therapeutic service.
You will support the staff team in managing the day-to-day tasks of the home, working as the lead person for role modelling, developing good practice, and liaising with multi-agency partners.
You will be responsible for the home’s finances, overseeing the development of staff and the young people in our care, formulating and updating personal plans, risk assessments and positive behaviour support plans.
To deputise and take overall responsibility in the absence of the Manager.
