18.5 Hours (50%) - Grade 8 SCP 31-16 £41,771 - £47,181 per annum pro rata
= £20,885.50 - £23,590.50 per annum
To safeguard vulnerable adults in need of support who are referred to the department, ensuring that plans are put in place which will mitigate risks.
To obtain an accurate, person centred perspective of the adults needs in order to ensure that the most appropriate support is provided to achieve their optimal independence.
To work collaboratively with Adults and their carers who are experiencing particularly complex issues and assist them in finding solutions.
