Carer support groups and organisations

Do you provide care and support to someone who is ill, older, has a physical or mental health condition or has a disability and you’re not paid to do so? This might be a friend, family member or neighbour. You might help them to get to appointments, prepare meals or drinks, help them with washing or dressing. Whilst rewarding, this can be challenging and leave you feeling isolated or unsupported.

Would you like support, information or advice? Our Merthyr Tydfil Unpaid Carer Partnership could help!

There are organisations and services in Merthyr Tydfil area that can offer you information, advice and support.
