One to one support

The Pre-school Assistant will assist the leader and Deputy in all areas of work in the day to day running of the setting. This will include ensuring safe, stimulating play for each individual child; fulfilling legal and statutory requirements; contributing to and implementing pre-school policies; in addition to acting as a key worker for a group of children.

To ensure high quality pre-school provision to children that is focused on improving outcomes for children and their families.

Contribute towards the long term vision for high quality early years and childcare services across the Flying Start areas within the County Borough
