Use the links below to download Pre-application and Full application forms for submission to the MTCBC SAB. Here you can also download detailed guidance on how to complete the application forms and a form to evidence discharge of any associated conditions. 

To ensure that your application is validated, authorised without issues potentially delaying your application and development, we strongly recommend that the pre-application advice is sought.

Payments

Payments can be made via credit or debit card by calling 07759 137063. 

For further assistance with your application, email SAB@merthyr.gov.uk or call us on 07759 137063.

Once your application is complete, they can either be submitted via post to MTCBC SAB, Room 146, Unit 5, Triangle Business Park, Merthyr Tydfil. CF48 4TQ or via email to SAB@merthyr.gov.uk.  (Please note that each email submission will be limited to 10MB)
