The Housing Solutions Service provides both face to face and telephone advice.
The Civic Centre is open between the times of 08:30am to 5.00pm (4:30pm on Fridays) by prior appointment only. Phone lines for Housing will be open between the hours of 8.30am to 4.00pm. Housing queries can also be emailed to housing@merthyr.gov.uk. You may also send any documentation that has been requested to support your housing or homelessness application to this email address.
Information and advice can also be found on our website at www.livingmerthyrtydfil.org.uk which we would encourage you to access in the first instance. If you do not have access to any internet services and are still unable to resolve your query and wish to make an appointment to see a member of the Housing Solutions Team, please call the Civic Centre on Tel 01685 725000.
